This policy explains what personal data I process, why, for how long and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
02What data I process
Contact form
Name, email address, phone number, the services you're interested in and the message you write to me.
Direct contact
The data you give me if you email me, message me on WhatsApp or call me.
Clients
The contact, billing and project details needed to provide the contracted service.
Browsing
Technical and statistical data about your visit (IP address, device, pages viewed), collected through cookies only if you accept them. I explain this in the cookie policy.
I don't process special categories of data or make automated decisions with your data.
03Why, and on what legal basis

I don't send advertising or newsletters. If I ever do, I'll ask for your permission first.
04Who can access your data
I don't sell or pass on your data to third parties, except where legally required (for example, to the Spanish Tax Agency). For the website and my work to function, some providers process data on my behalf:
- IONOS (1&1 IONOS España S.L.U.): hosting of the website and of form messages, on servers in the European Union.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC): email (Gmail), analytics (Google Analytics) and spam protection (reCAPTCHA).
- Cloudflare (cdnjs): serves some of the website's animation libraries, so it receives your IP address when they load.
- Meta (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.): only if you choose to message me on WhatsApp.
- My accountant or tax adviser, in the case of clients, to meet accounting obligations.
05International transfers
Some of these providers (Google, Cloudflare, Meta) may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which these companies are certified, or by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
06Your rights
You can exercise your rights at any time to:
- Access: find out what data of yours I process.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure of your data when it's no longer needed.
- Object to and restrict processing.
- Portability of your data to another provider.
- Withdraw your consent, without affecting processing carried out before.
Write to me at patrickuribe.proyecto@gmail.com with the subject “Data protection”, stating which right you wish to exercise. I'll reply within one month at most. If you feel I haven't handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.
07Minors
This website is aimed at professionals and businesses. If you're under 14, please don't send me personal data without the consent of your parents or guardians.
08Security and accuracy
I apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: an encrypted connection (HTTPS), password-protected access and GDPR-compliant providers. Please make sure the data you send me is accurate and let me know if it changes.
09Changes to this policy
I may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to the website. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
